Defibrilators

What is it?
In February 2020 Reading BID working with Reading Police’s Licensing team delivered 10 defibrillators to night time economy venues.  Many defib units are available throughout the town centre’s businesses and retailers, but generally they close by early evening making access impossible.  The BID decided to supply the night time economy with these units to ensure access to this life saving equipment was available into the night.  Each venue was given a short training session on how to use and care for the units.
