Reading BID has introduced regular training opportunities for businesses including Emergency First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, Deaf Awareness.
These courses enable businesses to save on training budgets and resources, allowing them to allocate those savings to other critical areas of operation. Reading BID also seeks to empower staff by building essential skills that contribute to stronger management and smoother day-to-day operations. Investing in professional development not only enhances individual careers but also fosters a culture of learning and improvement across the BID area, strengthening the local business community to help it thrive.
Reading BID also provides employees from these businesses with access to SEEDL which offers over 200 live, interactive virtual courses. These are free to join for our levy paying businesses and cover Health & Safety, Business Essentials including Office 365, Customer Excellence, Leadership and more.
