Reading BID is dedicated to fostering a healthier and happier community by delivering year-round wellbeing activities that are free for all staff working within the Reading BID area. These initiatives are designed to be accessible and inclusive, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to prioritise their health and wellbeing without financial constraints. The sessions are conveniently located either close to workplaces within the BID area or offered online, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their own space.
Throughout the week, a variety of engaging activities are available, including yoga classes to promote relaxation and flexibility, walking groups to encourage movement and social interaction and high-energy bootcamps to build strength and resilience. These activities cater to different fitness levels and interests, making it easy for participants to find something that suits their preferences and needs.
