Located inside the spectacular Select Car Leasing Stadium (previously The Madejski Stadium), our events and conference centre combines first-class facilities with the heritage of the iconic Reading Football Club. From the presentation friendly Princess Suite which can host up to 500 delegates to 10-person Executive Boxes, all our event rooms are housed in the West Stand. From here, your delegates can easily move between event spaces while taking in dramatic views across the pitch and entire Select Car Leasing Stadium.
Princess Suite & Windsor Lounge
The Princess Suite is our largest suite and can accommodate up to 500 delegates theatre-style, making it ideal for corporate conferences.
There’s a separate mezzanine area, The Windsor Lounge, with direct access to the goods lift, great for hosting arrival breakfasts and lunch.
With its high glass ceilings, it’s an impressive exhibition space and is perfectly suited for drinks receptions.
Royal Suite
Our centrally situated suite that accommodates up to 100 delegates with a bar, air conditioning and two 50-inch plasma screens. Positioned on the halfway line, the Royal Suite has magnificent views of the Select Car Leasing Stadium. Perfect for special celebrations with substantial dining space and can easily be transformed into a party space with a dancefloor for guests.
Premier Suite
The Premier Suite is one of our corner suites with an unsurpassed view of the stadium and goal line, perfect for sumptuous or less formal occasions, currently accommodating up to 100 people. It has floor to ceiling windows, private toilets and kitchen, air conditioning, two 50-inch plasma screens, and a marble-topped bar, making it an exclusive and contained event space.
Club 106
The 1871 suite has recently been refurbished and renamed ‘Club 106’. Club 106 has been inspired by Reading Football Club’s title win of 2005-06, which remains the greatest event seen in Football League history. This pitch facing room is perfect for those looking for more space. The suite is great for corporate meetings and training and can transform into a pitch-side dining room with its own kitchen facilities and private entrance.
Boardroom
The Reading Football Club Boardroom is the ideal space for a board or executive meeting for up to 18 delegates. A 50-inch plasma screen, large table, and executive leather seats provide perfect facilities for a productive and comfortable meeting. On-site catering ensures your management team has food and drink available to keep them refreshed and nourished throughout the day.
Directors Lounge
The Director’s Lounge, our most sought-after conference room is used by VIPs on match days and can accommodate up to 60 delegates. Located on our second floor, with a private bar and balcony, it is the epitome of luxury and comfort. The room perfectly combines modern furnishings with club memorabilia suitable for any event, especially an avid football fan.
Executive Room
Our Executive Boxes accommodate up to 10 people, with a fixed boardroom layout, the Executive Suites can accommodate up to 18. Each box overlooks the pitch of the Select Car Leasing Stadium and are perfect for 1:1s, interviews, training sessions, and meetings. These small but perfectly formed boxes have floor to ceiling glass and are ideal for formal and informal events.
