US-based software company, Egnyte, which specialises in data security, file sharing, compliance and governance in one platform have welcomed its Strategic Business Development Manager, Katelynd Trinidad, who has relocated with the business from Colorado Springs to the company's UK office in Reading.
Using her great presenting skills, Katelynd produces the company training videos and webinars, leading the way with the Egnyte University offering to ensure retention of knowledge for the growing customer base. The market for data security and governance software is increasing with the growing cybersecurity risk levels, so Katelynd's skills are very welcome over here in the UK business market.
The Egnyte Reading office provided the opportunity to realise a dream to experience a life in the UK for a few years. Katelynd is now happily settled in Caversham, walks to work and is busy paddleboarding, discovering the cafes, restaurants and culture of our community, and visiting iconic cities and landmarks weekly!
Our supermarkets hold special interest for Katelynd, she finds the choice of produce very exciting, has cooked for her colleague Ali Bird who helped in the relocation process, and has plans for the theatre, day trips to Henley and Marlow, fun networking events and much wandering around the shops and local attractions.
A special companion, Mochi the cat from the US, has made the journey to Reading too, and enjoys pigeon gazing from the house, plus the mesmerising British cat toys!
Living the dream, Katelynd welcomes her family to visit her later this year to discover the numerous benefits of Reading, she has explored the beautiful city of Bath over Easter and continues to plan an impressive cultural schedule around her busy work life.
