Jonnelle Phoenix-Roach

Jonnelle is Head of Operations (Maternity cover) for both Business Improvement Districts (Reading Central BID and Abbey Quarter BID). She liaises with businesses within both districts to ensure Reading is a great place to come to work and visit. Working on behalf of the businesses, Jonelle works to ensure they feel Reading is a clean and safe place to be based.

Jonnelle works closely with key stakeholders within Reading, such as Reading Borough Council, Thames Valley Police, and colleagues at REDA to deal with enquiries efficiently on behalf of the businesses.  

Jonnelle's favourite thing about Reading: 

I love coming into the town centre to meet up with my friends and be sociable. Reading town centre makes me feel comfortable and safe. The town centre has a lot to enjoy and all within walking distance.
