We are REDA: The economic development and place marketing organisation that enables Reading to reach its full potential as a world-class destination and achieve its 2050 City Vision. We have a shared mission to boost business and enhance the visitor experience in a way that improves the quality of life for all those in the Reading region.

Formerly known as Reading UK, REDA is a private and public sector partnership, providing leadership, co-ordination and delivery in three main areas: place marketing, attracting inward investment and supporting local businesses and the workforce. We also provide town centre promotional space opportunities for business looking to drive brand awareness, and we are the management body of Reading's Business Improvement District.

Unlike other place organisations, REDA is unique in that it’s an independent organisation that brings together economic development with visitor tourism and town-centre BID services, to offer one fully integrated place function for Reading town centre and the greater Reading area.
