Parking in Reading is easy, with plenty of good quality multi storey car-parks (mostly pay on exit), as well as some pay and display options. However, as with any major city, it's not always your cheapest option and congestion can be an issue, so it’s definitely worth planning your journey ahead, especially if you’re driving across town at peak times.
Car parks in Reading tend to be clearly marked on all routes into the centre and real-time traffic information signs will handily let you know if car parks are full or nearing capacity.
