The beauty and long history of Caversham's hidden gem, Caversham Court Gardens, is available free to everyone on the north bank of the River Thames. Owned and cared for by Reading Borough Council with support from The Friends group, it is open and accessible every day except Christmas Day from 8 a.m. to dusk. Caversham Court Gardens is of national importance and listed in the English Heritage Register of Historic Parks and Gardens of special historic interest in England.
In summer, the gardens host open air cinema and theatre.
