Broad Street Mall is taking to the stage this August!

This August, Broad Street Mall will be launching Broad Street Beats! A celebration of music that aims to bring the community together and shine a spotlight on their amazing retailers, making them the stars of the show.
Both live and online, Broad Street Mall will have lots going on throughout the month to showcase the power of music and its positive impact on mental health, working with key community partners that truly make a difference.

Save the dates!
On Saturday 10th and Saturday 24th August, the centre will be hosting unplugged acoustic showcases; highlighting the amazing talent Reading has to offer. Between 11am-3pm on both dates, visitors are invited to enjoy an amazing line-up of local artists performing in Central Square.
Broad Street Mall will be dropping the final line-up for each date very soon, so stay tuned!
The centre has partnered with The Rhoom Studios who will be supporting this event on each day.
PLUS, visitors are also invited to join in with FREE festival friendship bracelet making! This fun-filled workshop is great for all ages and will be hosted by Jelly on both Saturdays 10th and 24th August.

Broad Street Mall will also be launching its very own Spotify playlist which will be Live throughout the month, with songs to showcase their fantastic selection of retailers. With a huge range of tunes, their Broad Street Beats playlist represents everything the centre has to offer.
PLUS, make sure to keep an eye out on their social media to see lots of their retailers dressed up as rockstars with their very own exclusive album covers!
If that’s not enough, the centre will be launching a competition via their socials, giving followers the chance to win their Headline Hamper! Keep up to date on their socials, as this is one you won’t want to miss.
EVERY LITTLE THING FESTIVAL partnership
Broad Street Mall are also excited to announce that they have partnered with Every Little Thing Festival. This festival takes place annually in September, with the aim of supporting and raising awareness around mental health, wellness and suicide prevention. It is also the birth month of Diva Gibson, who sadly lost her life to suicide on 10th May 2020. This festival is the brainchild of her mother, Sinead Gibson, who continues to work tirelessly in her efforts to support those with mental health issues as well as anyone who needs help.
