Old School Sports Day a success

The 'Old School Sports Day' on September 13th was an absolute blast! The weather was perfect, the turnout was fantastic, and the atmosphere was electric with music playing in the background.

We had classic races like the egg and spoon, sack race, and the 3-legged race. Teams of six decked out in their School PE kits competed fiercely, and the competitive spirit was palpable.

But what made the event even more vibrant was the cheeky participants who found clever ways to interrupt the games. Some brought along water spraying guns, adding an unexpected twist to the races. Their cheekiness brought laughter and light-heartedness to the competition, making everyone smile.

What's more, the event had a heartwarming side too. Each team's £30 entry fee was a non-refundable charity donation supporting Dingley's Promise and CIRDIC.

Winners of the races received medals and trophies, and everyone who competed received a medal, and the cheers echoed throughout the day.
