I have tried lot of Indian restaurants which are generally Pakistani or Bangladeshi restaurants in disguise! So I was pleasantly surprised to experience authentic Kerala food. So you will see a variety of dishes not seen in common menus. My favourite is the Kerala Paratha (made with wheat instead of maida) with spicy allepey Koju Curry (prawn curry from a small town in kerala). I had an opportunity to eat here since I have no other place that offers this spread!

Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Menu is interesting, a mix of old favourites and many South Indian specials. We had the sizzling chicken and onion, and sheep kebab,followed by rogan gosh and Allepay prawns, plus all the trimmings. Everything was served promptly and was both hot and delicious. I would definitely go back. Oh and there was a good disabled loo.

We have eaten here before and enjoyed our visit. However, previously we found it quite expensive, so tended to give it a miss. However, today we decided to 'pig out' and forget the expense. What a lovely surprise, the food was even better than we remembered and the bill was more than reasonable! I stuck to my tandoori mixed grill which was wonderful. My son decided to go for something different and tried chicken biriani - he loved it.
