Find the Flock in Reading

Get ready for a baa-rilliant summer adventure in Reading town centre! From 5 July to 31 August, everyone’s favourite woolly friend, Shaun the Sheep, is in town and he’s bringing his fleecey friends along for the ride! 

Join us for Find the Flock – a fun, FREE family-friendly trail that turns a day out in Reading into an exciting hunt for 12 giant Shaun the Sheep sculptures. Each colourful, 160cm-tall sculpture has been uniquely decorated by talented artists, and they’re waiting to be discovered in key spots all across the town centre. Each one is its own work of art and perfect for selfies! 

How to Join the Fun:

It’s easy and free to take part! Pick up a trail map from: 

• The Oracle 
• Broad Street Mall 
• Reading Station Tourist Information Stand 

Or download and print your map at home here.

Follow the trail, snap some fun photos, and see if you can spot the hidden letters on each of the sculptures. Unscramble them to solve the mystery word and enter our competition — there are fab prizes up for grabs! 

Whether you're popping into town, planning a school holiday outing, or just fancy a sheepish adventure, this trail has something for everyone. It’s a great way to explore Reading whilst suitable for buggies and little legs, and it’s completely FREE!
